MWNA Bylaws comment period ends 11/15/19

In order to be fully recognized by the City of San Jose, our re-activated neighborhood association must have bylaws ratified by the members. Please submit any suggestions to Al Boyden at akboyden @ icloud.com before November 15th. Members will vote on the final version at our November 21 Annual Meeting.
