MWNA will meet in-person on Nov. 17 at the Moreland School District’s Multi-Use Room #2, located at 1850 Fallbrook Ave. (Masks optional.) There will be Social Time at 6:15 p.m. and the meeting will begin at 6:30 p.m. The meeting will also be available by Zoom (link below).
We’ll be electing a President and Secretary for 2-year terms. We are also seeking At-Large Representatives for San Jose and Campbell for 2023. If you are interested in volunteering for one of these positions, please email morelandwestna@gmail.org or talk with an Exec Board member. It’s a great group, working to strengthen and improve our community. Please join us!
On Nov. 17, we’ll meet Dr. Clover Codd, Superintendent of the Moreland School District, and learn about District news, including strategic planning for the future. We’ll also hear from Sourcewise about services available to seniors and their caregivers in Santa Clara County. We’ll talk with local police about safety concerns, and hear community updates, including about opening an Overnight Warming Location (OWL) site at West Valley Branch Library. Bring your questions, concerns and suggestions!
